Jodie Foster Accused of Battery of 17-Year Old at The Grove **UPDATE**

Jodie will smack a bitch UP.

Jodie Foster felt it was appropriate behavior to smack up a teenager who was taking a photo of her at the fancy-pants mall in L.A., The Grove.  Jodie’s GD lucky a 17-year old even recognized her ass.  Listen to this.  Good LAWD.

Here’s the police report, via RadarOnline:

“Vict while at The Grove saw susp and began to take pics of susp with his camera then walked to the valet area of The Grove. Susp followed vict, poked him on his chest, grabbed vict by his left arm causing visible injury.”

Who does that?  Okay, a lot of a-holes in Hollywood might–but this kid wasn’t the paparazzi.  He was just a kid with a camera out with his family.  It gets better:

via RadarOnline:

“The alleged victim’s father told Radar, “Jodie Foster attacked my son at the parking lot at The Grove. Jodie pushed and shoved him leaving scratches and bruises on his arm.”The father contends that Foster’s behavior horrified her sons, ages 8 and 11.

“She came after him, poked him in the chest and said, ‘Do you even have a mother you slime ball?'” “He didn’t mouth back at all and was scared of her,” he said. “At one point Jodie’s son even came over to my son and apologized. Her kids were really embarrassed.”

Wait.  Jodie’s son came over to apologize for his mom’s behavior?  Somehow I doubt this is the first time Jodie’s kids have seem their mom flip out.

Hey, Jodie!  You’re being a total hot-head and y’all need to simmer the eff down.

Hello, 1-800-LAWYERS?

UPDATE:  via People.com

“Jodie Foster is speaking out against allegations that she attacked a young man outside an L.A. mall, telling PEOPLE the accusations and the police report filed by the teenager are a “fabrication” of what really happened.

“This guy was most definitely a professional paparazzo,” the actress’s rep tells PEOPLE. “He had a large camera bag and 1000mm telephoto lens. He tailed Jodie and followed her all the way from the movie theater to the valet.”

Why is it I can still totally picture Jodie pulling this crap?  She seems a bit of an angry sort.

Separated at Birth – Steve Nash and Jackie Earl Haley – UPDATE

Steve Nash...beaten up.
Jackie Earl Haley in "The Watchmen"

My son Alex is FORCING me to do this Separated at Birth.  It pains me; and I hate to admit there is indeed a real resemblance.  Sigh.  And I really like both of these guys!

First of all, I hate–loathe–the Lakers.  I love Steve Nash. (I love lots of basketball players…FYI.)  And really respect Jackie Earl Haley. He’s a fantastic actor who fell off the map for a long time.  Remember the lovely film, Breaking Away?  Wonderful movie. Seek it out.  I was very happy for Jackie to be chosen for the updated Nightmare on Elm Street as Freddie Krueger.  Genius casting, if you ask me, and the fact that the original Freddie, Robert Englund fully approved of Jackie taking over the role says a lot.  (I realize this movie has been out for awhile…sorry I’m just now mentioning it.)

Anyway, Alex. I hope you’re happy.  As IF you bloody read your Mama’s blog in the first place! Psssh.

**UPDATE**  Alex texted me to say he feels badly about saying this now, after seeing poor Steve Nash crying in the locker room after losing to the GOTdamn Lakers.  Actually, he shouldn’t feel too badly, really.  Jackie Earl and Steve are both amazing.

Sniff sniff.

Did I mention that I hate the Lakers?

David Bowie and Iman – PERFECTION. And their daughter, Lexi? Also PERFECTION.

Wow. This woman never ceases to take my breath away; AND she’s been married to David Bowie for almost 20 years. Check out Iman, y’all, during a trip to South Africa this week.  I LOVE the guys in the background–checking her out!  Let’s all remember for a moment that Iman is 54 years old.

“I am not sure if you guys are aware but I have been married to David Bowie for eighteen years now,” said Iman.

“David and I met late in life. We both had adult children and we both had been married before and were both divorcees. We also both had illustrious careers so when we got together, we were both looking for a partner, so I think that helped our relationship.”

When it comes to maintaining a normal family life Iman does not juggle. “My family comes first and business is second.

“David and I have a little girl called Alexandria or Lexi as we call her, who is nine years old. I have actually brought her with me to South Africa because I want to take her on some safari’s.”

The couple prefer to keep their home life private. “We know that when we go to events that paparazzi and photographers will be there to capture the moment and that is okay because that is what comes with the business,” said Iman.

“We don’t allow press in our homes nor to photograph our children. There is a privacy that we really have to fight for and protect – so that is how we manage.”

Romance is still very much alive in their relationship as Iman explains: “David still serenades me occasionally and I cook for him every night.

“He is very funny and he keeps me entertained. He is curious and is interested in everything. I have learnt a lot about the arts through him.

“For all those who are wondering – does David wear make-up anymore? No he does not,” says Iman laughing.

“Have I tested Iman cosmetics on him?,” still laughing Iman says: “No.”

IMAN Cosmetics offers one of the largest selections of flawless finish make-up and state-of-the-art treatment products globally and is currently available in South Africa at Stuttafords stores.

“Iman explained the secret of their successful relationship which has sustained itself through their hectic high profile and business lives.”

**UPDATED PHOTO**  The photo I originally posted was actually Willow Smith, Will and Jada’s daughter. Thanks for the heads-up!!

Just LOOK at these two...

This couple really have it together, and it’s lovely to hear how much family means to them–AND that they are still so happily married for all these years.  David and Iman seem stay under the gossip radar, which only means things are going quite well for them.  That makes me very happy.
