‘Workaholics’ Get Weird For Valentine’s Day

On Wednesday night’s ‘Workaholics,’ the guys set out to get dates for Valentine’s Day, but fail because well, they’re them. They resort to talking chatting with a webcam girl named “JustAnna” who they all fall in love with and eventually want to meet.

The best part of the episode was their Lisa Loeb sing-a-long and raiding the the dubious company the real JustAnna works for.

Workaholics Recap, Fourth and Inches

Ders falls back into his old gambling habits. Blake is out to prove that he doesn’t have a shrimpdick, and Adam is….well he’s just Adam.  Sounds like another great episode of ‘Workaholics!’

At a local high school football game, the guys realize that hold habits die hard and even when some things are hard, they aren’t that big. Jillian introduces them to Billy, played by ‘Teen Wolf”s Tyler Posey, whom you may or may not be already obsessed with, who is everything that they guys never got to be in high school, and aren’t now.

They also run into the douchey kid who took over their house and threw a party back in season 2, now a bookie taking bets on all of the school’s sports games. Ders can’t help himself and places a couple of bets, ending up losing all his money again, but he hatches a plan to make sure they win money on the big game by getting Billy drunk. Because that’s exactly what you do to an under-aged kid.

Meanwhile, Blake’s tiny peen has gone viral, with a Facebook page being created after he used a short stall at the school’s bathroom. On top of that, Billy reminds him and the guys that they’re losers for not knowing any other girls but Jillian. At the game, he’s humiliated by one of the cheerleaders who makes up a whole cheer about his penis, so he streaks down the field with a jumbo corndog between his legs to prove that he does have a big wiener. I don’t know how that worked, and frankly it looked a little painful, but seeing Blake’s butt more than made up for it.

Adam takes to the field to play for Billy to try to make Ders’ bet work out in his favor, but that plan fails when the real Billy shows up. Needless to say, the douchey kid won again.

So this was another solid episode of ‘Workaholics’ where the guys learned once again that it’s good to leave well enough alone, and teenagers really suck.

‘Workaholics’ Recap, Alice Quits

Alice Murphy is the long suffering, and frankly bitchy, manager at TelAmeriCorp who reminds me a bit too much of a woman I used to work with–which is the genius of this show. The employees seem like the crazy people every office has and sometimes the only way to get through a long, boring day is to roll up on some fools with your airsoft guns.

Alice is being evaluated but because she had to be an adult and take away the boy’s toys, they threaten to give her a low grade until she gives them back the guns. While they enjoy their free day, Alice gets the boot from Travis, played by Daniel Stern. I don’t know why they didn’t work a ‘Home Alone’ reference into this episode, but moving on.

The guys soon realize their mistake when Travis separates them and takes down the cubicles, even whipping out his dick to scare them off. Everyone in the office is just as unhappy as the boys are, especially poor JetSet who just wants to wear his hair slicked down. Though his fro is pretty cool.

They finally do get Travis when he violently kills Jillian’s birds with the airsoft guns. One of the managers from an animal company refuses to work with a bird killer and Alice is able to make her somewhat triumphant return to the office.

Two of the best scenes came as a result of the late, great JetSet. When Travis insists on calling him by his real name he gets upset and leaves with his beloved cactus, “MY NAME IS JET-MOTHER-F***ING-SET! And you can call me Patrick Swayze cuz I’m ghost!’

Later in a show of solidarity, Blake, Ders and Adam slick down their hair like his and we get pixelated dicks. Blurred dicks? I thought this show was on Comedy Central? Oh well.
