I think it might be more of a Drag Queen’s World, but that’s even better, right? Cher’s back and with far more energy and fierceness than anyone else could ever have. Let’s all dance, pose, drink, flip our hair and wail along with The High Priestess of Gay Icons!
The dance anthem was produced by popular English DJ Paul Oakenfold. amongst others. The single is taken from Cher’s upcoming album, which is still expected to be released early 2013. Are you all dying just a little?
If you people (and by “you people“, I mean YOU PEOPLE!) won’t listen to your mom or your best friend…at LEAST listen to Cher and Kathy Griffin discuss old white men wanting to get all up in a sister’s body. Yeah. We don’t care for it all that much. Like, at all. And now we’re down to the wire.
So VOTE, gotdammit. Should we really be voting on human rights for women in 2012?
There has been a ridiculous reaction to Chaz Bono being a part of the upcoming season of ABC‘s ‘Dancing With The Stars‘. Chaz was first defended by his professional dancing partner Lacey Schwimmer who went on the JohnJay and Rich radio show to discuss working with Chaz.
“Everyone is saying he’s not a guy? He’s a full man in every way, shape and form, and when you look at him, when you talk to him, everything about him screams male. People need to get over that whole hump of everything going on and accept him and accept him as a human being and he’s happy and people should be happy for him,” she said.
All of this came after “fans” of DWTS wrote into ABC to complain about Chaz being included on the show. Bono’s mother Cher took to Twitter to express her disgust over comments made about her son.
via Twitter, Cher tweeted:
“Chaz is Being Viciously Attacked on Blogs & Message boards about being on DWTS! This is Still America right? It took guts 2 do it.”
“Mothers don’t stop Getting angry with stupid bigots who fk with their children!”
Don’t EVEN eff with Cher’s kids.
Chaz responded with:
“Thanks for all your support mom. The haters are just motivating me to work harder and stay on DWTS as long as I possibly can.”
