Just so we're clear.
No. And HELL no to the Traditional Irish Boiled Dinner.
I don't want to see that monstrosity of a plate full of boiled meat, potatoes and vegetables on the NBC cafeteria menu on St. Patrick's Day . I may heave right now just looking at that photo. For reals.
Nor do I want anything remotely close to crepes, raspberry/chocolate mousse, wine and bread for Bastille Day. I'll be offended. Wait. No. I won't.

Annette! HA! But don’t the agree about the nasty boiled dinner? Oh, the years of having to endure that crap. I’d load it all up with butter and salt and pepper and gag it down. Bleh.
Now the French goodies? I want to GORGE myself.
