It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia star Charlie Day hosted SNL for the first time, and I think he did a really good job. He has been enjoying some non- IASIP fame with the movie Horrible Bosses, so hopefully this will all translate into more success for him.
As usual, the first half of the show was funnier than the last half. This Greek Gods skit featured Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine as Yanni. He also appeared in another skit as a comedian.
The band performed their hit “Moves Like Jagger,” sans Christina. (Which was just FINE with DivaJulia.)
[Unf. DivaJulia LOVES that tiny little Jewish dude with all his tats so bad. So much so, that she’s going to pretend couple’s counseling with a girlfriend of hers in Los Angeles who disagrees her about Adam’s performance last night. It’s confidential, so obviously y’all will be hearing every single word uttered/screeched in the psychologist’s office.]
It would have been great to see a The Voice skit, Kenan Thompson did play Cee Lo on last night’s show. I mean, it’s on your network. C’mon now guys, don’t make me write your show for you!
However. The ‘Kardashian Fairytale Divorce Special’ was seriously like watching the real thing on E! I loved how all of the key players made the entire skit seem as though we were watching Stupid-Whiny Kim, Mama Kris, Neanderthal Kris, Frozen Face Bruce was perfect.
